Once the application is reviewed and deemed complete, the Court will send the Personal Representative endorsed copies of the docket, including six certified copies of the Letters of Administration or the Letters Testamentary. If there are any questions regarding the docket, please do not hesitate to call us.

Applicants also have the option of opening probate cases at the Doña Ana County Third Judicial District Court, 201 W. Picacho Ave., Las Cruces, NM 88005. A docketing or filing fee of $132 is due at the time of application, to open the case.

The District Court does not offer probate packets for Pro Se probate cases. Applicants may find and download the forms in the "形式" tab at left, on this webpage.  All Pro Se forms provided by the Doña Ana County Probate Court may be used at the Third Judicial District Court, once the hearing is changed on all forms to:
